STARTERS

CREAM OF FISH AND SEAFOOD SOUP

 MINESTRONE SOUP

 CARROT AND CAULIFLOWER TERRINE  with a lime and cashew nut pickle

 SMOKED HADDOCK & LEEK TART  topped with a poached egg and hollandaise sauce

 CHICKEN KEBAB  in a chilli and cumin marinade. Served hot on cous cous with a garlic and mint dressing

 WARM HALOUMI SALAD with Mediterranean vegetables with a balsamic & sultana dressing

 PORK RILLETTES  served with toast and an apple pickle

 M AIN COURSES

 ( A HALF portion of any starter marked  (K)  may be ordered as a main course on the Children’s Menu )

    ORGANIC SALMON FILLET on crushed new potatoes with sorrel pesto

 ROAST CHICKEN BREAST ( K ) Served with a creamy leek, parsley and wine sauce

 VEGETABLE RISOTTO  ( K )  Roasted red pepper, olive & artichoke risotto flavoured with Parmesan

 LAMB SHANK   Braised with tomatoes & sweet Morrocan spices    (  £1.50 supplement )  

                   CHICKEN LIVERS   ( K )  Panfried with pancetta.  Finished with orange and sherry vinegar                     and served on a warm bean and new potato salad

 FREE RANGE PORK CHOP marinated in maple syrup,  Served on wilted spinach dressed with lemon & olive oil

      SPRING CABBAGE   ( K ) stuffed with carrot, celery, onion puy lentils. Served with tomato and caper sauce.
